Now that it looks like Steve has got Nick's new tile server code up and
running, it looks like it could do with a little adjustment.
It seems that if it finds any key/value pairs on something it doesn't quite
recognise, it colours the segments in green.
This makes underground railway tracks green (railway=subway).
This makes cycle tracks green (highway=cycleway)
This makes footways green (highway=footway)
This makes residential roads green (highway=residential)
So, before I decide to cycle along the Northern Line, I guess we'd better
see about configuring up the styles it's missing.
I can't see why it's rendering Greenway Close a different colour to Greenway:

Is it attempting to parse created_by=JOSM ? I've been looking for the code
in svn, but can't find it.
