Spot on, but actually not relevant (fortunately) to the Definitive  
Maps which Nick W was talking about.

If a figment of a cartographer's imagination makes its way onto a  
Definitive Map, then that figment actually becomes a right of way, and  
hence no longer a figment. If you see what I mean.

Consequently, there really shouldn't be any figments of anyone's  
imagination on Definitive Maps.
