Yes it doesn't really matter if the "facts" are true or not, e.g. with
the Dan Brown case, it didn't matter whether or not Jesus and Mary
Magdalene had descendents whose existence was protected by a secret
society etc, as ideas/facts are not copyrightable.

The OS maintains a dishonest position that copying street names etc
from their maps is a copyright infringement, e.g. see here:
