It's remarkably good. The database dumps from geonames.org may be a more
useful source of information, since they're filtered and sorted from a
number of different sources.
I'll look into it... I'm definitely going to use some of the data for
Wikitravel, so it'll be useful to check it out for OpenStreetMap, too.
