I have the same problem.

I have tried

http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.2/map?bbox=-0.75,51.02,-0.70,51.07

and get 0.3 stuff back. No amount of pressing Reload, Ctrl+Reload or clearing 
my cache helps. Means Freemap isn't working properly right now, as it is 
expecting 0.2 data....
