[OSM-talk] postcode idea

It is a great idea, however am I right in thinking there are some
restrictions on posting flyer's through peoples letterboxes? Something to do
with uninvited solicitation... can anyone confirm or otherwise. I think
those doing the normal junk mail drops have some licence or other??
