[OSM-talk] Waypoints in the GPX files

Yeah I had the same thought but was concerned about the ease of uploading
nodes which really are only references and not necessarily wanted nodes. I'd
prefer it if JOSM did not upload them. Some of the track data was so poor in
Manchester that the referenced points can only be used as loose information
rather than a confirmed point.
