[OSM-talk] slow track upload

I uploaded my first track yesterday (my hometown in the netherlands)
but was amazed to see it didn't appear immediately.
When i checked, some previous uploaded tracks from a day before
were also still 'pending'.

In the meantime I have edited and uploaded my tracks with JOSM 
and it appeared on the map immediately. Perfect.

I'm really concerned with the speed of the map though. It seems
to take up to 20 seconds before it will display sensible data.
But that's food for another thread.

The server is pretty sick right now.  No response from the API at all.
