[OSM-talk] Croatian taging and color schema

Hi,

I just finished initial color and taging schema according of de facto
graphical standard to represent street in Croatia.

I did few nonstandard thing to mange graphical and organisational
presentetin of street data.

First color ...
openstreetmap standard is UK/US presentation and that isnt usual (and
wouldnt be recognise) in Croatia. I saw on list few people from
Germany, but didnt found any info how thay solve same problem.
I did neccery change in osm-map-features.xml

Second new highway value
openstreetmap highway attribute describe street which in my case cover
only city up to 10000 people, so I add 3 new value :
street_avenue - for citiy avenue
street_main - for main street in city
street - for city street

Repercusion to global project.
>From my point of view, changing color dosent effect to value of global
project at all.
Adding new value, have major impect to global project, becouse most of
city with more then 10000 people in Croatai wouldnt have correctly
drowed streets.

Sugestion
It will be very nice if color schema would be separate part XML file,
so osm-map-features.xml only include correct version (i am not XML/SVG
expert, but I think that is possible to do).
Also, it will be nice to have some new value to divide city streets. I
did that according Croatian practice, it seams same is in Germany
also.

Any suggestion, opinion is more then welcome.
