[OSM-talk] JOSM updates (landsat and mappaint plugins)

A couple of small updates to the JOSM landsat and mappaint plugins:

* The cosmetic bug where the toolbar button for the "Move Landsat" feature 
could be selected at the same time as one of the other modes (add node, add 
segment etc) has been removed.

* In mappaint, areas are now always drawn first, so areas do not obscure other 
data.

Despite being minor changes, both of these required modification to JOSM 
itself. To get these to work you'll need to download this modified version 
at:
