Update of the "Places" website occurred last night - thanks to everyone
running the rendering clients, apologies to everyone who found the site
broken during the update.

New features:
 * New set of cities from the most recent planet.osm (1192 places)
 * Unicode city names
 * Support for "is_in" tags and browsing by category
 * Geotagging in various formats (meta-info)
 * Wikipedia links, where the wikipedia page name is different to the city
name

Regards

OJW

Known bugs:
* Node 5408062 (Ímeľ,) - any ideas what that is?
* Some cities which had " name" tags (since corrected in OSM)
* About 5 places that didn't render (usually turns out to be some filesize
limit...)
