[OSM-talk] Bounding boxes on osmarender

Trying to render images with osmarender, using bounding box information 
(supplied by osm api, or placed in the osm-map-features file)

osmarender doesn't seem to use this bounds information to create a canvas size 
in the svg. So when you convert the svg using inkscape it creates a blank 
image (and when you open the svg in inkscape GUI it defaults to an "A4 paper 
sized" canvas)
