[OSM-talk] Edit OSM Attributes

After a bit more playing, I've brought back the OSM attribute viewing
and editing mode that was available on london.freemap.in . 

  http://labs.metacarta.com/osm/

If you go to that page, then click on a way, you will be able to see 
its attributes, and edit them.

Note that these edits all go under my username and password: Hopefully I
can work with someone in the near future to fix that, but this still
seemed like an interesting demo in the meantime.

Note that this doesn't let you see the attributes of point features (I
don't think) yet, so you can't see things like the attributes of pubs.
Still, seems like an interesting and useful step in the right direction.
