Yes. And it's tied to a specific account with no other data, so if it
comes down to that, you can revert all the changes. We've gone through
this before.

I've asked for the tools neccesary to do so, and haven't been given them
in the past 4 months. I'm still waiting for a dev account, and
documentation on how to access OSM user credentials once I can put a
page on the OSM server.
Alternatively, I can ask for OSM usernames and passwords. Let me tell
you how excited it makes me to collect login information on an off-site
service. (Not at all.)

The user you'll want to block edits from is
"crschmidt+freemap at crschmidt.net", if you feel you need to go that
route.
