There is no simple documented list of what is and what is not supported by
the different renderers. In both cases the xml rendering rules file
determines what shows up and how it is rendered so that's the definitive
list. Also, if you are rendering with Osmarender yourself then you can of
course amend the rules file to render (or indeed not render) any tagging you
like in any form you like.
