[OSM-talk] Newbie question: How do I find out what gets rendered?

There seem to be differences between renderers in what is rendered, and how. 
For example churches, or to be politically correct place_of_worship=*, 
appear on osmarendered versions of the area I have been working on, but not 
on the excellent mapnik based http://labs.metacarta.com/osm. Likewise the 
names of pubs. Mapnik places red envelopes where I have marked postboxes, 
whereas Osmarender ignores those and uses the red envelope for a postoffice. 
Mapnik does not render campsites but osmarender does.

Is there a list anywhere of what gets rendered?
