If you read the Data Protection document on the site they state that they
may use the data:
"We or Trafficmaster may also use the information gathered from the
Telematic Device for other purposes including general research, mapping
purposes, traffic flow analysis and other traffic information. In all such
circumstances the information will be used anonymously..."

So it sounds like they're already selling it, so are unlikely to give it
away.
