[OSM-talk] Status of Map Features

I would go one step further. I would like see a master-file. Currently the 
nearest would be the MapFeatures.xml file. This file then can be directly 
used in josm, osmarender, osmpdfatlas, ...
We can expand the format to hold more than the current info. Descriptions, 
Translations, ...
This would be good in other terms too. josm could directly display additional 
info in a popup in case the user is not sure which tags to use.
