[OSM-talk] Status of Map Features

The tagging scheme I'm working on - not calling it Map_Features next
generation at this point in time ;-) - is xml based. The idea is that it
could be used in the editors and output software (eg Osmarender etc) as well
as being an extensible structure for tagging in its own right.
