[OSM-talk] JOSM problem with

I'm trying to use JOSM to map a cycle ride I had over the weekend.
I've uploaded my tracklog to the openstreetmap website and it's
showing up. However, I have problems trying to get this file
recognised in JOSM (spot the newbie).

I've browsed the file and loaded areas which look nothing like where I
live. Howver, navigating to the exact spot is difficult and downloads
a lot of unnecessary data. Is there an easy way of loading my file
from the openstreetmap website? I've logged in and passed the url
which is my tracklog, namely
http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/mine/10181/download into the URL
field, but JOSM doesn't seem to recognise this. It reports that I
should enter the desired co-ordinates or a book mark.
