Or they may well say that you can incorporate the information in a map to be 
distributed for a particular purpose, but no other - unless you pay them 
lots of money. :-)

I'm not asking about rights to third party data, I am asking here about 
Openstreetmap. As I understand it, I can't distribute a map based on 
Openstreetmap data combined with third party data, unless I can get 
permission from the owner of that third party data to distribute it under 
the CC-sharealike, or similar?
