[OSM-talk] Cancel Västerås

The coming weekend I had sort of planned to go and map Västerås, 
but since nobody has signed up I'm cancelling the whole thing.

Even though Sweden has more than a handful OSM contributors, I 
have heard or seen no response what so ever.  And I honestly don't 
know where to advertise for more people. I don't think I can be 
the locomotive when the train is missing.  Maybe OSM is a great 
idea whose time just hasn't come (to Sweden, anyway) yet.
