[OSM-talk] Getting postal workers to do the leg (wheel) work

Hi,

I had an idea while driving a particularly odd route to work this
morning (I hadn't mapped that way yet): has anyone thought about
giving GPS dataloggers to postmen?

A postal van seems to me to be a pretty good platform for creating
tracks: slow moving, actively welcome pretty much everywhere (I'm
thinking about _private_ roads here), and it's pretty much guaranteed
to (over the course of time) navigate every road.

Just a thought.
