[OSM-talk] Binary JOSM plugins for download

Used with JOSM 166 on Windows XP

With the Landsat plugin  when starting JOSM and downloading from a 
bookmarked area the state of the Landsat checkbox seems to depend upon the 
state it was last in.

Thus if it was previously checked for the last download, and JOSM is then 
closed, then JOSM reopened the Landsat checkbox is ticked (but greyedout), 
and when say OSM data is downloaded a very pixelated version of the Landsat 
image is downloaded as well, you then have to delete this Landsat layer.
