Consider using another key or your own choosing. If you add your key to each
of the annotation presets you use then a reference to yourself will always
get uploaded whenever you create something. The idea of having the
created_by=JOSM was to be able to identify items created using the JOSM
software should there be compatibility issues or bugs generated by JOSM in
the database.
