The feature on my "hacked" JOSM to allow users to convert waypoints to an OSM data layer is now available as a plugin for JOSM 1.4. The plugin name is "waypoints" and source is now in SVN. It can also be downloaded from: http://www.free-map.org.uk/downloads/josm/waypoints.jar Nick
