OSM should definitely be promoted as a "get fit quick" scheme, it's great 
having another motivation to keep you pedalling up and down evil hills. It 
also led me to explore a little bit more and connect several cycle routes 
north of Reading that I previously lazily got half way down and then turned 
back.

I'm not sure how much I'll do come winter though ;-)
