[OSM-talk] uploading files

The next possibility I try to upload eraw GPX data.

1. reading http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Getting_Involved
I find the hint: You can upload 
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Upload> GPS tracks........

2. When I click on upload I come tho this page: 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Upload
This seems to be the most important one.

Then (1.) I created an account, I logged in. I clicked GPS traces, I see 
a long long list from people having uploaded data, with tiny pictos.
Then (3.) "Use the /Browse/ button to select a file on your local computer"
But where the heck is the "/Browse/ button", there is NO browse button!!

Sorry but this description is useless.

please make the instruction more clear. If you really want to broaden 
the userbase you can test it on me. If not, ok by by.
