For a park you tag it with key=leisure value=park and that will produce
enclosed green area.
If you want areas to render with osmarender you need to check that any
other combinations you use are in the rules XML file.
Comprehensive list of agreed features is at:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Map_features but as I say NOT
ALL will render without you amending the rules file.

itself - how do you tag it? eg a park
