Works good in FF and Konqueror, I have no idea how to fix IE bugs ;)

I suggest to always link the wiki, as new users will then read first
before messing things up as opposed to first messing things up and then -
perhaps - read.

It's probably better to link Compare_editors for a quick overview of
desktop editors instead of just Osmeditor.
