[OSM-talk] Osmarender 3.0

Announcing a new version of Osmarender.

There is a lot of new stuff in this version.  Highlights include:

* Support for layers using the layer tag.
* Automatic mercator projection (thanks to Robert Hart for the trigonometry,
etc)
* Borders and grid display (again thanks to Robert Hart)
* Zoom and panning controls (now Firefox users can see the whole map)
* Some bug fixes to do with cracks in roads
* Lots of new rules and symbols in the rules file (thanks to everyone who
has contributed these, David Groom and Tom Chance especially)
* Bounding box in the rules file or in the .osm file (thanks to Robert Hart
for the idea)

The Osmarender page on the wiki (
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Osmarender) has been updated with
everything that is new, so read there for more details, grab the new version
from SVN and let me know if you find anything you don't like.
