[OSM-talk] Map Features key:value system stored in a DB?

Rich,

That's a nice idea and the current Map_Features would be a good start to see
how it looks. Note though that we are about to embark on an overhaul of
Map_features which means the format is likely to change albeit that existing
tagging (on the whole) will still be present under any revised Map_Features
listing.
