[OSM-talk] API and wiki down

Following my experiences on the wiki box, with the debian stable MySQL not 
establishing sockets or network connections, I suggest not upgrading Debian for 
the time being. I hammered away at the wiki box for several hours last night 
trying to isolate the problem.

As a guess, it may be a thread local storage library issue. I'll email bytemark 
to see if they are familiar with the issue.

I fixed the wiki box by installing the MySQL-server package from Ubuntu Dapper.
