Actually adding zoom 17 would about quadruple the maplint tiles. it's
now 341 tiles per zoom 12-16 tileset vs 1365 tiles for a zoom 12-17 tileset.
I'd rather see labels like on nodes (extending off to the side) for most
of the errors (if that's possible for segments)
Also a layering like in osmarender, where the notes get rendered first,
then warnings, and then the errors, so the errors are always visible
"on top" of everything else.
I haven't looked into how maplint does it now, but it seems that
sometimes a mere warning is painted over an error marker.
