It might be a lot simpler to index the planet file regularly and add tags to
the map features page when they have a decent number of entries. That way we
can pick up new tags fairly easily and then new users will see them via the
map features page.

In fact going one better, why don't we scrap the map features page and just
use the planet file tag index?
