[OSM-talk] Maplint - show notes?

Hi,

    by popular demand (2 votes for, 0 against...) I have just changes 
the layers.conf setting in tiles at home to generate tiles up to level 17 
for the maplint layer. The change will be effective only for tiles 
re-rendered from now on, and by renderers that have fetched the lastest 
version from SVN.

Also, I have patched the t at h maplint styles with Jochen's latest change 
to the osmarender maplint style, so that errors will be drawn over 
warnings and warnings over notices.
