Yes, but the disclaimer for Polish AIP says "blah blah ... are owned by
Polish Air Navigation Services Agency and/or other indicated owners ...
more blah ... Any modification, reproduction or domain processing is
prohibited.The information contained on this domain is for information
purposes only and shall not be used for operational purpose"
So the information is not only considered unsafe for navigating (so you
still need to buy an air-map) but is also strictly copyrighted.
