[OSM-talk] 12am Freeze

Is there anything that happens at 12am most nights that would stop me from
uploading/downloading OSM data using JOSM effectively?  Almost without fail
I give up editing around the same time when uploads of about 10 nodes take
more than 5 minutes and I decide bed seems more attractive.

Is this just a user load issue or a process which kicks off at midnight that
could be moved to a time when us volunteers are actually doing day jobs?
