[OSM-talk] User Stats update

Tom Hughes has done a great job in updating the stats script which produces
our daily fix of info, thanks Tom.

It now displays only the visible data on the database (previously the values
included node, segment and ways that had been deleted) so it's a much truer
picture of what we have.

He has also lengthened the gpx uploaders table from 10 to 50 so more will
see their contributions. Also the users editing now shows the full list of
editors for the previous day. I'll be using that to provide some better
global user stats tables in the future.
