It's a bit tricky because a user (maybe not even user 1000!) might
have set "User_1000" as their display name ;-)
In fact quite a few users do have "user_NNNN" as their display name
at the moment - basically everybody that hadn't set one themselves
before it was mandatory now has that.
Personally http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/1000 would be my choice
although even that could potentially conflict.
