I still think a good compromise will be to set up an email (or ftp)
"vault" address and account. Then we can email (or ftp) everything
there in whatever format (gpx, nmea, jpg, ADPCM wav etc) and it only
gets opened if there is a serious dispute and the user involved is
unreachable.
