Street signs, bins, parking meters and the like.

I'm rather annoyed to have discovered just now that my Kensington and
Chelsea/Westminster border has been deleted by someone unknown:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.4/way/5038286/history reports it was made
visible=false yesterday.
