In a future Potlatch (it's a very very long list) there'll be some  
degree of wiki integration.

So, if (say) Oxford might be tagged as wiki=Oxford, and Charlbury as  
wiki=East_Cotswolds. This will present a dedicated link when you're in  
the Oxford area to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Oxford, and  
in the Charlbury area to  
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/East_Cotswolds.

There's no reason why the same tagging approach couldn't be used to  
flag up mapping parties. It would require editor support, obviously.
