This is not as easy as it sounds. Some of the ways to delete will have
nodes outside of the downloaded bounding box. Some of those nodes will
be used by other ways not downloaded. If you delete them you will get
an error 412 (?) "Precondition not met" or so because you can not
delete a node that is in use.
