The TIGER hydrographical data is not great. Has anyone looked into
using the National Hydrography Data Set from the USGS?
(http://nhd.usgs.gov/data.html) It's supposedly very high quality and
even has names. I don't see it listed in the "Potential Datasources"
Wiki page.
