What actually means is: the doener belonging to anzi. Does it make sense? No. Its a shame that somebody finds this funny; i do not and i would delete, at least rename the account.

A Nazi is, well, a Nazi
A Doener is that tasty turkish food (meat in bread, lots of garlic and all that).
COmbined it just doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
