[OSM-talk] road 'structures'

Hi,

What's peoples opinions on creating seperate ways to reflect
the small scale cement dividers that prevent turning into roads,
but the roads themselves are not divided except by these
structures.

I have been using Photos and Yahoo to map the physical
structure as correctly as possible with short sections of
oneway and connecting roads - but I wonder if this 'should'
be done with turn restrictions ?

Opinions please ;-)
