[OSM-talk] Retaggin of ways

I'm a littel confused, hopefully somone can help.
a user named "user_5589"  has gone through a number of raods I've 
previously tagged and changed the highway tag of them from 
"unclassified" to "tertiary" the author displayed in JOSM has also 
changed from my name to user_5589

Aside from the fact that I don't agree with this user's categorisation 
of some of these streets (in most cases if he'd changed it to 
"residential" I'd have agreed) it kind of sucks to see work I've done 
attributed to another user on the information freeway tiles.

Any ideas who user_5589 is? so we can have a discussion about which 
streets we can agree on being tertiary and which are 
unclassified/residential.
