OpenAerialMap is a new project, that just launched, that provides free
aerial imagery under CC-BY-SA or public domain licenses. Right now it
contains little but Blue Marble and Landsat data, but there is a small
amount of high resolution data, most notably in the San Diego
metropolitan area. In the coming months it should be populated with
large amounts of public domain USGS aerial photos. It has a WMS server
at <http://openaerialmap.org/wms/>.

Given that the license is compatible, should we add it to the default
list of sources for the WMS plugin in JOSM?
