The license for OAM is *not* CC-By-SA. If it says that anywhere still, I
need to expunge it: can you tell me where you saw it saying that?

I believe I already chatted with Chippy about that, and he mentioned
planning to do it? Maybe I misunderstood. In the meantime, you can
always use the WMS string which is described in
http://wiki.openaerialmap.org/Using_With_OSM to use it within the WMS
plugin.
